  • Building Better Boundaries (H.O.P.E Learning Centre)

    Description: Boundaries are an integral part of everyone's mental health and well-being.  In this course, students will learn the importance of boundaries, the different types of boundaries and the necessity of self-worth and self-love to be motivated to set boundaries. Throughout the course, students will develop boundary-setting and communication skills and practice these skills. Students
