We are a group of men looking to break the stigma of men’s mental health. Together we want to listen, understand, validate, respect and honor one another. Together we can learn to stop hiding in the shadows and create a positive atmosphere where vulnerability is not only welcomed but encouraged.
Families Matter is a strength-based, family-centered initiative that empowers, builds capacity and resilience and reduces the need for crisis interventions. Goals and Objectives Build strong community connections for families and be solution focused. Tap into the strength of families so that they can support others in their journey. This year, in honour of World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10th, we are holding space for those we have lost to suicide. From Friday - Sunday (September 8 - 10), stop by CMHA Saskatoon and light a candle in honour of those you love. This is meant to be a private and personal candlelight
