We are a group of men looking to break the stigma of men’s mental health. Together we want to listen, understand, validate, respect and honor one another. Together we can learn to stop hiding in the shadows and create a positive atmosphere where vulnerability is not only welcomed but encouraged.
In order to ensure the safety for all who attend, group meetings are limited to 12 people. We require hand sanitizing, masking and physical distancing for all during meetings.
