Road to Recovery (H.O.P.E Learning Centre)
The Road to Recovery consists of a series of topics that strengthen your recovery journey, such as recovery, overcoming stigma, hope, self-compassion, resilience, communication, and gratitude. The course also explores barriers to recovery, such as perfectionism, fear, and negative thoughts.
