Having a baby brings about all kinds of changes – physical, emotional, mental, social, and even spiritual. It’s easy to lose yourself in these changes and your new role as Mom. This is a discussion-based group will explore these changes and provide support on how to cope.

For moms with little ones aged newborn – 1 year (siblings are welcome)

Tuesdays 9:30am – 11:30am (approx. 10 weeks)
