Having a baby brings about all kinds of changes – physical, emotional, mental, social, and even spiritual. It’s easy to lose yourself in these changes and your new role as Mom. More than Mama’s provides support for the diverse needs of mom’s; it creates a non-judgmental, safe and accessible space for peer-to-peer discussion with facilitator guidance for conversations that focus on acknowledging these challenges faced by moms.

For moms with little ones aged newborn – 1 year (siblings are welcome)
