Men’s Support Group

We are a group of men looking to break the stigma of men’s mental health. Together we want to listen, understand, validate, respect and honor one another. Together we can learn to stop hiding in the shadows and create a positive atmosphere where vulnerability is not only welcomed but encouraged.

Depression Support Group Meeting (In-person and Virtual)

In order to ensure the safety for all who attend,  group  meetings are limited to 12 people. Anxiety Support Group

Mental Health First Aid Basic (In-person)

MHFA Basic is intended for adults interacting with adults (18 years and older). This course focuses on the four most common mental health disorders including substance related, mood related, anxiety and trauma related, and psychotic disorders. More information at mhfa.ca.
