The Health Bus is a mobile service that helps to provide primary health care to people who may experience barriers accessing health care services. Services include prescriptions, pregnancy testing, birth control, sexually transmitted infection treatment and testing, respiratory infections, ear infections, and muscle pains.

OSI-CAN supports the wellbeing of public safety personnel, Veterans, and first responders.

Healthline 811 Maternal Wellness Outbound Call Program | Referral required

Provides phone-based support for those with or at risk for postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as those that have experienced infant or perinatal loss.

You need to be referred to the program by a public health nurse at your local public health office.

After the referral is made, a mental health professional will perform a phone assessment and provide support.

Motherhood YXE | Drop-in

A free drop-in group that meets to discuss the highs and lows of motherhood. It also features occasional guest speakers. While not a counselling or support group, they provide a social environment and a place to have conversations with other mothers.
