*Please note this group does not meet at the CMHA Saskatoon building. See below for meeting location.
OSI-CAN exists to support those people in specific careers that have been affected by an Operational Stress Injury such as PTSD’s symptoms while on duty. It is not necessary to have a diagnosis of PTSD or other OSI’s to get the help of an OSI-CAN Peer Support Group. So if you are dealing with the symptoms of PTSD and find your life is being disrupted by the symptoms, we encourage you to seek expert counselling as well as come to one of our peer support groups for help. If you find it difficult to attend the Saskatoon meeting, such as when living outside the city, there are online groups as well that you can attend. You can find our target demographic at www.osicansk.ca.
Meetings are held at Sobeys Varsity Common (1550 8th Street East) in the private room near the cash registers.
*Please note to not ask Sobeys staff about the meeting or meeting location. This information is kept confidential for the comfort of those attending.
