Our relationships are a significant part of who we are, we need connections with others to feel balanced and to promote positive well-being. However, these relationships can have their ups and downs, take a lot of hard work and are sometimes complicated. This course will look at the challenges of relationships, how we recognize unhealthy relationships and what we need to build a healthy relationship not just with others, but with ourselves as well.
For the purposes of this course, the focus will be on relationships that are defined as a romantic connection with another person.
