SUMMARY:Understanding Grief & Loss (H.O.P.E Learning Centre)
DESCRIPTION:Description:\nEvery person will experience grief and loss – a profound sense of final separation from something or someone important. Grief is a normal and appropriate reaction to the death of a loved one\, the experience of separation/divorce\, inter-generational loss\, or the loss of opportunity. This course is designed to increase our awareness of the dynamics of grief\, and to provide tools and strategies to best support someone who is grieving and ourselves. \nTime: Four one-hour sessions Tuesday’s @ 11am \nLocation: This course is being offered on site at CMHA Saskatoon\, registrants will have access to their own computer to participate\, along with support from our staff.  *if you have access to your own computer and internet feel free to register on your own at the HOPE Learning Centre .
