This workshop will discuss evidence-based strategies to manage ADHD. Topics will include managing attention and distractions, organization and planning, time management, procrastination and task initiation, prioritization, emotional regulation, and developing systems that reduce reliance on memory and willpower.
Throughout the training, participants will learn practical tools and strategies they can apply personally, professionally, or when supporting employees, colleagues, and clients with ADHD.
Participants will leave the workshop with:
- A CBT-informed framework for understanding and addressing ADHD-related challenges
- Practical strategies for attention, organization, planning, time management, procrastination, task initiation, prioritization, and emotional regulation
- Concrete tools and resources that can be applied beyond the workshop
This workshop is designed for individuals with ADHD, professionals who support people with ADHD, and anyone interested in developing a more informed, practical, and evidence-based understanding of ADHD in the workplace.
